Emma Pie Post

Madax is smitten! Our good friends, Jon and Rebecca Post have two adorable girls. The youngest is Reece, and she's just a few months old. The older one is Emma. And Madax loves Emma.

So much so, that when we go over to the Post's home, he is willing to compromise all manly activites and join her in girly charades, such as...

Stroller pushing... and dolls...


And of course, dress up. Here is is sporting the Little Mermaid slippers.

But it's all ok, cause when Emma comes to our house, Madax convinces her to join him in his mischeif making...

Here they have escaped from two babysitters in the basement, undetected by the eight couples in our kitchen and living room. They were found only due to their uncontainable giggles as they lathered up in our shower. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid bady wash coated their clothing and Emma's hair. When we found them, they grinned up at us, giggling all the while. Madax said "Hi Mom, Maddis and Emma jump in the shower real quick!"


Madax just adores Emma. He used to be hesitant to go to the nursery at church, but enticing him with Emma's presence has made all the difference! He can't wait to go now! He sometimes asks me during the week " Mom, go church, see Emma!"




I have a feeling they will be good friends for a long time!
